EIB agrees loan to boost fire-hit SMEs in Portugal

The European Investment Bank has agreed a €75 million loan to Banco Comercial Portugues (Millennium bcp) to finance SMEs and midcaps affected by forest fires spread accross the north and centre of Portugal in 2017. Millennium bcp will at least match the loan.
