Paul Lamontagne is new MD of FinDev Canada

Development Finance Institute Canada has made Paul Lamontagne managing director of the newly branded Montreal-based FinDev Canada. He was the founding CEO and chairman of Enablis Financial Corporation, an impact fund manager in Africa that supported over 150 small and medium-sized enterprises. Most recently, he was responsible for managing a Canadian private equity fund that invests in renewable energy, infrastructure, and telecommunications in Arica.
