Neoen gets state backing for Crystal Brook hybrid hydrogen project

The South Australian state government is to provide a $1 million grant to help renewable energy developer Neoen complete its feasibility study for the 50MW Hydrogen Superhub production facility powered by 150MW of wind and150MW of solar energy with 400MWh of battery storage.  The facility would be sited at a complex near Crystal Brook, north of Adelaide, and produce hydrogen for export to Asia.
