NADB: Julio Zamora named new CFO

The North American Development Bank has hired Julio Zamora as its new Chief Financial Officer. 

Prior to joining NADB, Zamora - who has over 30 years of experience in international financial markets - was a Managing Director at Citi Research, where he was the Latin America Equity Strategist and Head of Mexico Research; led the investment strategy and allocation at the Torrey Funds, a $2.5 billion fund of hedge funds; and worked as an equity research analyst and strategist at Morgan Stanley and UBS.
