EBRD agrees €25m loan for biogas plant at Ukraine's MHP

The EBRD has provided a €25 million loan to Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP), a Ukrainian producer of poultry, meat, grain and fodder. The loan will be used to construct and put into operation a 10MW biogas plant in the town of Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia region. The plant will utilise chicken manure and other agricultural residues from the company's poultry and grain operations.
