IFC to back solar park project in Madhya Pradesh

The International Finance Corporation is set to loan up to Rs 3.2 billion for a project by Mahindra Renewables Private Limited (MPRL) to build a solar park in Madhya Pradesh, India. The estimated project cost is about Rs 12.8 billion. MRPL has been granted a 250MWac solar power project within the 750MWac Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Park, in the Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh.
